Everybody talks about the fact that we become a society excellence or at least to have.
There's something to it, no doubt.
The simple things are largely automated, or at least be delegated to other regions in Salary levels. What remains are requiring things, the excellence and - which is not contrary to this - many social functions as part of an aging society.
But we really need in everything we do, be excellent?
the contrary, I believe there are only a small proportion of the activities undertaken, in which we have to be really excellent. to name even one order of magnitude - -
Which 20% of these are determined our position. There remain but a lot of other things to do the are. In these activities is important that we perform effectively not absolutely excellent.
And, of course, the selection of the 100% agree, do not even a conscious decision a little - not subdeacons and the total quantity of the activities - is an important and momentous decision.
Who does that?
I think for almost every organization, whether team, company, community. And also for individuals.
20% excellent, 80% effective. And the right 100%.
